Terms, Refund & Privacy
The Terms and Refund Policy apply to runport passes sold on this website. The Privacy Policy also covers passes bought through our travel partners and activated on our activation page. Effective October 2026.
Terms of Use
Based on the Butfit Clubhouse Product Terms (amended October 7, 2026).
1. Purpose and agreement
- These terms set out the rights and responsibilities between runport, operated by Butfit Seoul Co., Ltd. (“we”, “the center”), and you as a pass holder.
- By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, and the agreement takes effect immediately.
- These terms apply to the runport passes sold on this website (1-Day Pass and 15-Day Trial Pass).
2. Passes and how to use them
- 1-Day Pass: valid on the start date you choose. 15-Day Trial Pass: valid for 15 consecutive days from the start date you choose, including that day, with three sauna sessions.
- Passes include lockers, showers, gym wear and sauna wear. adidas running shoes and running wear can be rented at the 1F desk for an extra fee, paid on site (₩4,000 for shoes, ₩2,000 per top or bottom).
- After payment, we email a member ID and password to the address you verified at checkout. You activate your pass and choose your start date on the activation page linked in that email.
- Your start date must be within 30 days of payment. You can change it once, before the start date, by contacting us.
- You must check in using the barcode of your own pass in the BUTFIT app, in the way the center instructs. Entering any other way is treated as unauthorized entry and may lead to a claim for damages under applicable law.
- The center may set opening hours, parking rules and other operating details by notice on site or in the app.
3. Loss of access
- We may revoke access for anyone who breaks these terms, to protect the safety and comfort of other members.
- We may restrict access or end the agreement if your conduct seriously affects the health, hygiene, physical or emotional safety of others or the operation of the center. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking indoors, contagious illness, inappropriate language or behavior, sales activity, excessive drinking, and drinking outside the designated bar area.
- You may not join programs, use the gym equipment, or use the baths or sauna after drinking alcohol. Minors may not buy alcohol.
- Your pass is for you only. You may not share, lend, transfer or resell it.
- If a pass is shared or used by someone else, the center may charge the person involved a penalty of 10 times the regular monthly membership price, deactivate the pass, and take legal action.
4. Safety
- Follow the center's safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
- Except for accidents caused by the condition or defects of the facilities, you are responsible for your own safety.
- Check your own health before training. If you have a medical condition or any physical issue, tell the staff before you start.
- You may not train, use equipment, or use the baths or sauna after drinking. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by doing so.
- In an emergency, stop immediately and ask staff for help. We will call emergency services (119) and take first-aid measures as needed, and your health information may be shared with medical providers in the process.
5. Limitation of liability
- If the center cannot operate because of natural disasters or other events beyond our control, we may suspend access until the event ends, and no damages can be claimed.
- We are not responsible for accidents during programs outside the center caused by your own carelessness, exceeding your physical limits, weather, road conditions or other causes outside our direct control.
- We are not liable for harm you cause to yourself or others through your own carelessness. Any settlement or compensation is your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the center. You are responsible for your belongings.
- Check your health (blood pressure, heart conditions, alcohol) before using the baths and sauna. We are not responsible for slips, burns, fainting or other accidents caused by not following the usage rules or by your own carelessness.
- Before using the sauna you complete a short health questionnaire (heart conditions, chest pain or pressure, history of fainting, prescription medicine, pregnancy, alcohol). We are not responsible for accidents resulting from inaccurate answers or from not reporting changes.
6. Damages
If you damage, lose or break any facility or equipment through carelessness or on purpose, you must compensate the center.
7. Rentals, lockers and belongings
- Return rented items (running shoes, running wear, sauna wear) before your session ends. Items returned damaged or soiled may incur a repair or cleaning fee.
- Items not returned by the end of the day without notice are treated as purchased at the regular retail price.
- Rented wear may not be taken out of the center. Doing so is treated as theft and charged at 5 times the regular monthly membership price.
- If you lose or damage a shared locker key, tell staff right away. A replacement costs 20,000 KRW.
- Collect your belongings from shared lockers on the day of use. Items left behind may be disposed of by the center.
8. Sauna sessions
- One sauna session is up to 80 minutes.
- Check out in the app or at the designated terminal when you leave. If you do not check out, or stay beyond the session time, an extra 5,000 KRW is charged per 20 minutes.
- Sauna bookings can be cancelled until the day before. A missed booking counts as used and cannot be restored or refunded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change is to your disadvantage, we will announce it at least 30 days before it applies.
10. Governing law and language
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the district court with jurisdiction over our head office address at the time the claim is filed.
- These terms are a translation of the Korean original. If the two differ, the Korean version applies.

This policy explains what we collect when you buy a pass on this website or through our travel partners, when you activate it, and when you use it, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties beyond the purposes above without your consent. We use the following service providers to run this service:

It sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrive from an ad, each for up to 90 days) and sends Meta Platforms events such as page views, checkout starts and completed purchases (pass name, amount and an order reference), together with your IP address and browser information. We do not send your email address, name or payment details to Meta.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use an ad blocker; the website and checkout still work without them. You can also manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

- Please keep your information accurate. You are responsible for problems caused by incorrect information you provide.
- Keep your account password secure and do not share or lend it to anyone.
6. How we protect your information
- All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
- Access to personal information is limited to the staff who need it, and they are trained on handling it.
- We use firewalls and keep our systems updated to prevent unauthorized access, loss or leaks.
